The restaurant was closed for much of the summer for renovations, but reopened a couple months ago I believe. Tonight my honey and I decided to go check it out. We found it to our liking. They have an excellent selection of sushi as well as a large assortment of Japanese dishes (steaks, seafood, etc.)
I was happy to see Korean Kalbi (barbeque short ribs) available. I had a small order for appetizer. It was quite good. My fiance had the avocado & mango salad and approved of it. We shared a bunch of different rolls – Phoenix, Cucumber, Spicy Tuna, and “Home Dell” (I forget exactly what was in that) and a sashimi platter for the main course. I especially loved the Phoenix (eel) roll. We had absolutely no complaints, all very delicious and service was prompt and friendly. Two thumbs up!
EDIT: According to the sign outside, they are now “Sushi 2″, but all of their napkins and chopsticks still say “Tokyo”.
