I stumbled across the Metrovation website and found this condo plan for the “West Side Arts District” along Bridge Street.
I want to be thrilled about it, but I can’t help but have a sense of ambiguity about the whole plan. My feeling is these condos are going to be out of the price range for us “common” folk.
