Some recent items of note along Route 35 between Eatontown and Red Bank include:
-Tokyo Sushi is now Sushi 2.
-The Dunkin Donuts (by Perkins) is now open.
-The Bank of New York is now Chase.
-There’s construction activity happening in Shrewsbury. From what I can see when I’m driving by there’s a Metrovation developer sign on the site. No mention of it on their website, though.
The Metrovation project is an expansion of The Grove.

Yes, actually, I do try to look at Red Bank Green at least once a week, but I’ve been crazy busy and haven’t gone to all my usual sites lately. Not to mention no time to post here.
